As you probably know, getting back links pointing to your sites and to your website more specifically is very important to get the pages ranked in Google, especially in Google. Well maybe other search engines also pay attention to the quantity of backlinks you receive, but Google is probably the one that pays most focus on this factor. I would like to speak about the three factors that matters in terms of backlinks. And those three factors are: First, the quantity of backlinks you have pointing to your sites. Second, the value of those backlinks or even the authority of those backlinks. Lastly, the anchored text of those backlinks.
So let’s discuss the first one, that’s the most apparent one. The quantity of backlinks, the better & the larger the quantity of backlinks pointing for your site or your page, the higher it is going to ranked. The thinking behind this is merely that a backlink should i link it for your site that is like a recommendation. It’s like me saying this web site may be worth taking a look at or something that is worth reading on that site. And of course, the more folks are proclaiming that, the more people are linking to some page saying: “this really is worth looking at” the greater it ought to be. So it seems sensible to rank pages which get more backlinks higher up. So more backlinks are usually better.
But, that’s not all the main reason to it. That’s in which the second factor will come in. Backlinks have different values. And let me first say, no one knows precisely how price of a backlink is set except some people who had been programming the Google search engine. But a majority of of it, are just guess or speculations and seeking at what the results you get and trying to deduce what’s going on in the background. But here are somethings we can be pretty sure of when it comes to link value.
To start with, the better authoritative the page would be that the link is placed on, the better value the link carries. So as an example: if you get a link from a PR10 site, that gets thousands & 1000s of visitors everyday and that includes a really reactive community and so on, then that link is gonna be a little more valuable than if you get a link on your part know some blog which includes only 10 readers that never gets updated. Right? Therefore the more is occurring in a site, the greater authority of the site the better valuable the web link from that site will likely be. And the other essential aspect is Context. Should you look at where your link is put on the site that’s linking to you. So as an example: to start with the area, should your link is put inside the footer in the page or in a side bar or somewhere like that; it carries less value than if it is place in your body in the main text somewhere.
Another extremely important thing is, another example: if you’re just in a links page. In case your link is one among dozens or perhaps hundreds and numerous links on the same page, then it’s less valuable than if its the only link on the page or just one among a couple of links. So the ideal case is to get a link that is integrated within the textflow is just portion of the text and that is on a page that doesn’t have a lot of other links that is going out as a result as well. And then looking at the bigger picture of your links, in addition, it matters where they’re provided by. And basically, you would like your links ahead from a variety of sites put on a variety of servers and so on. And that’s just to minimize link spamming because obviously otherwise; you could just have your money side right here and you can build the second site that does little else but just list of thousands & thousands of links in your money side. However that doesn’t count, right? If all of the links are coming from the same site. Same domain or even just the same server, then it’s a lot less valuable than if they’re coming from different places.
Finally, the very essential aspect for your backlink is the anchored text. The anchored text is some text the people simply click to reach your site. And ideally, this anchored text should be your keyword. It’s the keyword you’re trying to target or closely related to your keyword. So for instance: I’ll take Training Your Dog. If you’re seeking to rank for that term “proper dog training”, then you need to get backlinks that reads “dog training”, right? Because again this will make a lot of sense ’cause this anchored text helps the major search engines know what the website is about. Obviously, if I connect to a page with all the text “proper dog training” that must have something related to proper dog training. It’s not gonna talk about cars, right? But what you need to take a look at here, if you’re building your personal links and then for example: let’s say you’re doing articles and you’re submitting articles, don’t submit articles with all of them having the same anchored text. If you just submit hundreds and countless articles each one has “dog training” as the anchored text pointed to your site, then that looks spamming as it wacxel just not real. It doesn’t happen with natural link-building with everyone links to you with the exact same text. So you may want to mix it just a little. You may would like to get “dog training” maybe “dog obedience” or something that is and also just those completely unrelated ones. Maybe “click this link” as the anchored text. Just to really make it look natural.
So these are the three factors that matter concerning backlinks. And the general rule for your profile backlinks is just this; ensure it is look as natural as you can. You know, get links from diverse sources from many different websites with various anchored text linked to your keyword. So when it comes to link-building when in doubt, diversify.
